  • Keep a memory off sync — While a sync space is connected, every entry's detail toolbar gains a cloud button — tap it and that memory never reaches the shared folder — Flagging a memory that already synced pulls it back out on the next run, so the shared copy is retracted too — Tap the cloud again to publish it normally, and everything else keeps flowing — Perfect for personal notes, work-in-progress, or anything that belongs on this machine only

  • One card for every other sync tool — Syncthing folds into "Other sync providers," a single choice that names Syncthing, Resilio Sync, Nextcloud, Seafile, network mounts, and any other mirrored folder — and the VPS card now covers mounted or synced server folders

Fixed

  • Fixed adding a second or third device to a sync space failing outright — the starter skills every fresh vault seeds collided on first contact; identical skills now merge automatically instead of blocking the join

  • Fixed Windows and Mac vaults treating the same skill as different — line-ending differences across platforms no longer trigger a false mismatch during sync

  • Fixed stale skill entries after a rename or delete — multi-word skills now clean up correctly when sync or the skills folder changes them

  • Fixed a cryptic startup error on damaged Windows installs — an interrupted update or antivirus removal now explains the installation is incomplete and asks you to reinstall, instead of showing a raw JavaScript error
