Improvements

Groups and ungrouped projects share a single drag-orderable list in the sidebar — you can now freely interleave groups between individual projects, place a standalone project above or below a group, and reorder everything in one flat sequence instead of separate sections
Drag a project to root level before or after any group — drop on the top or bottom edge of a group header to place the project right next to it
Drag a group between ungrouped projects — group headers now accept before/after drop zones alongside the existing "nest as child" zone
Drop indicator now shows as a colored border above or below the target row, giving clear visual feedback on exactly where your item will land
Removed scroll arrow buttons from AI agent terminals — the up/down arrow overlay that appeared in Claude and Codex terminals is gone, keeping the terminal UI clean and distraction-free

Fixed clicking a terminal notification not navigating to the right project — on macOS, clicking a command-finished or agent-idle notification would open the app but not switch to the terminal that sent it; notifications now reliably navigate to the correct project and terminal when clicked
