Orchestration failed to send messages between agents

Sometimes, multi agents communication get stuck because 1devtool failed to send a prompt from one agent to another. From the UI, I see the prompt is queued (aka it appears in the input box of the receiving agent), but it is not sent, so I have to hit Enter myself

This bug makes me have to check on them from time to time, baby-sitting them basically. It does not happen all the time, but often enough that it's annoying and hinder my performance and experience

Hope it could be addressed. Thank you for a great tool
