Codex terminal still cannot scroll after latest update

Lỗi không scroll được trong terminal Codex vẫn còn xảy ra dù đã từng được report và đã có bản cập nhật xử lý. Khi terminal có nhiều output, người dùng vẫn không thể scroll lên/xuống để xem lại nội dung trước đó, làm việc kiểm tra log và theo dõi phản hồi của agent bị gián đoạn.
