• Fixed Activity panel showing "Failed" for successful redeployments after changing environment variables

• Fixed redeploy progress showing "Complete" while the build is still running — progress view now always starts fresh

• Fixed redeploy progress not appearing until the deployment finished — real-time progress now appears within a second

• Fixed "Resume Deployment" button appearing in the status bar after a modal redeploy — now only appears for wizard-based deployments

• Fixed duplicate status events and log entries during zero-downtime redeployments
