Tunnel & Networking - Can't delete a hostname

I try to delete a hostname from the tunnel & networking page, it gives me an error saying I need to update my cloudflare credentials, I click the button to try to update and when the modal pops up I cant TYPE in any of the fields, looks like I can move things from other fields to others but cant type nothing.
