Add Tailscale config SSH

The problem

the GitHub Actions runner is timing out trying to SSH into the VPS because it's attempting to connect over the public IP, but SSH is only accessible through Tailscale. The user's manual SSH sessions work because they're connecting via the Tailscale IP

    lỗi này là do tôi chọn build location là github actions, ko phải build on vps
