Team Members, Roles & Permissions hierarchy

Add a way to create team members with permissions, similar to what Coolify has (Owner, Admin, Member), so I can delegate what apps and features my team members have access to, without giving them SSH and root credentials.

For the way this apps works, this may be difficult for now, but would be really great if I could allow my team members to manage some of my apps.
