Fixes first-run setup on macOS and building apps that save data

Fixed

• macOS: first-run setup no longer stops at "Bundled pnpm file … failed its integrity check", and building apps works on a fresh install.

• macOS: the disk image's entry in the update feed now matches the published file.

• Building an app that saves data no longer fails while preparing its database tools, which tried to download a component the build cannot reach.

• Previews of apps that save data now open; the installed app was missing part of its private data service.
