Fixes first-run setup on macOS and building apps that save data
Fixed
- macOS: first-run setup no longer stops at "Bundled pnpm file … failed its integrity check", and building apps works on a fresh install.
- macOS: the disk image's entry in the update feed now matches the published file.
- Building an app that saves data no longer fails while preparing its database tools, which tried to download a component the build cannot reach.

- Build apps through the conversation-first founder workspace.
- Review and accept immutable release candidates before publishing.
- Run local previews and publish accepted builds to a prepared host.
