Sound and Bluetooth get their own pages, and the sidebar sorts by place
New
Screens on your phone. A paired iPhone or Android phone can list the machines this one sees and open any of them, or this machine itself: 1MachineTool logs in, keeps the passwords and streams the screen to the phone, sealed end to end. 1machine screen phone-test --fake-vnc serves a test screen for trying the phone apps.
Sound has its own page. Pick the output and the microphone in one click, set each one's volume or mute it, set the alert volume on a Mac and play a test sound. Volume by app and speaker groups moved here too.
Bluetooth has its own page. Turn Bluetooth on or off, connect or disconnect a paired device, see its battery, and forget one you no longer use. On Linux, find devices in pairing mode and pair them from here; on a Mac, pairing opens System Settings, which shows the code a device may ask for. Turning Bluetooth off warns first when a keyboard or mouse would go with it.
Sound and Bluetooth in the launcher. Type "volume 40", "louder", "mute mic" or a speaker's name to switch to it; type "AirPods" to connect or disconnect them, or "bluetooth off".
Sound and Bluetooth on Windows. Outputs and microphones, their volume and mute, the default device and volume by app; Bluetooth on or off, paired devices with their battery, forgetting, and finding and pairing new ones. Windows lets apps connect and disconnect headphones and speakers only; it keeps keyboards and mice connected itself, and the page says so.
Preview your own screen. On a Mac, Preview on Share Screen's host card shows this Mac's screen the way a viewer will see it, in the built-in viewer.
Open in the OS's own client. Connect's menu offers Screen Sharing.app, Windows App or Remote Desktop Connection next to 1MachineTool's viewer, whichever this computer has for that machine.
Stoicsoft store license keys. Keys bought on store.stoicsoft.com (they start with SS-) activate, check and deactivate like the others.
Improved
A sidebar sorted by where things happen. Three cards that never scroll away, each saying what's inside: This Machine (everyday tools, upkeep, safety and hardware), Other Machines (your machines, Share Screen, sending files, keyboard and mouse, screen history) and Phone Connect (pairing a phone, Phone lock and the hotspot). The chosen one's pages list below them.
Today and What changed? are one page. Overview, What changed? and Time & machine are tabs of Today.
Pair a phone shows the code with what to do on the phone.
Remote Desktop over a slow link. On a Tailscale path that goes through Tailscale's shared relay, the machine's route says "Tailscale · relayed" with how to get a direct path, the built-in viewer starts on lighter settings, and the remote desktop takes the viewer window's own size.
Display & Audio is now Displays, with brightness, presets, Night Shift, refresh rate and arrangement. Links to its old Sound and Bluetooth tabs open the new pages.
Fixed
App icons on Windows. Monitor, volume by app and the rest showed letters where an app's icon belongs; they now show the icon Windows shows for the program.
No more flashing windows on Windows. Black console windows no longer flash up while 1MachineTool checks the machine, scans the network or runs a fix.
