Scene repairs that fail no longer break the final render

Fixed

  • A failed scene repair no longer silences the film. When the director's fix for a scene stopped partway, the film was left without its narration timing and the final render failed with "unknown line". The film now keeps its voiced version whenever a repair does not finish.

  • Character colours no longer trip the palette check. Colours that only describe how a cast member was generated were flagged as off-palette, even though they never appear in the frame. The check now looks only at what is drawn.

  • Failing animatic checks go back to the script. A check that could only fail once the animatic was built ended the run, and continuing it hit the same failure again. The animatic step now stops with the failing checks listed and sends them to the director to fix.

  • Scene repairs that redraw a character are checked properly. When a repair changed how a character moves, the change was not counted as the fix, so the repair was reported as changing nothing and a bad edit could stay behind and stop the final render. These edits are now rendered and reviewed with the rest of the fix, and undone if the fix is rejected.
