Films finish and export again, without grey bands or doubled characters
Fixed
Films finish and export again. In some productions the animatic kept reporting failing checks, and approving it sent the film back to the script every time, so the final video was never made. The letterbox bars in two-shot character scenes were being treated as something colliding with the captions. They no longer count, and the film continues to the render.
A sound inside a planned silence no longer stops the render. If the sound plan placed an effect inside a silence it had asked for, the render failed after every step had been approved. The script check now catches it, and the render leaves that one sound out and says so.
No more grey band across full-frame character scenes. A flat shade covered the bottom third of the frame, over the characters' feet. Captions already carry their own backdrop, so the shade now fades in only at the bottom edge.
The main character appears once, as themselves. When a film's protagonist came from a whole drawn scene, a tiny copy of that scene followed them through every shot, and scenes that already drew the character showed them twice. The film now shows the character alone, and a scene that draws them uses its own figure.
Review no longer flags rendered clips as missing. The final review reported each character clip as "not a file" even though the cut showed it, and counted those as failures.
