Every 1VideoTool release, straight from the release notes that ship with the product.

      • Watch full screen. Every video player — the finished cut, the cut up for review, takes in the Director and Generate, Playground results and Assets — has a Full screen button, and double-clicking the video does the same. Player mode fills the screen and picks up where the small player was: Space plays and pauses, the arrow keys seek and set the volume, M mutes, and Esc or F hands the position back to the small player.
      • The capybara is a feature character. It is now built by the same data-driven character builder as the panda — a sculpted, skinned body on the biped rig with a long blunt muzzle, nostrils high on its tip, small ears set far back, calm deep-set eyes, a paler belly, dark webbed toes and two front teeth — so it acts out every move and expression in the library and grows fur at final quality. Eyes and lids can now be aimed in a character definition, so side-set eyes look outward instead of straight ahead.
      • Sunlit 3D shots are lit from the front. The sun rig placed the sun and its sky fill behind the subject relative to the camera, so outdoor shots without a kit environment rendered as silhouettes. Both now sit in front, the sun on the key side.

      • Videos in your language. Ask for a video in Vietnamese, Japanese, Spanish or another language, and everything the audience hears and reads follows it. Narration uses a macOS voice that speaks the language; if none is installed, the run says so and shows where to add one. Lines are voiced several at a time, so narration is ready sooner.
      • Watch the video take shape. Once the script is written, the run view shows each scene with a sample frame while the full video renders, and the final render has a progress bar with the time left. Technical detail sits behind a disclosure until you open it.
      • Switch coding CLIs mid-run. Pick another CLI, model or permission tier in the Director header during a run and the run moves to it: a step already underway finishes where it started, and the next step, or Continue after a failure, runs on the new pick. MCP clients can do the same with run_set_agent.

      • Agents can make videos over MCP. Connect Claude Code, Codex, Cursor or another MCP client in Settings → MCP access, and it can create a video from a brief, follow the director run, approve or send back each gate, and collect the finished files — while you watch it happen in the app. Each connection has its own token, permissions and expiry, and can be revoked at any time.
      • A new 3D panda, built to act. The panda in the 3D route is now a fully rigged character, with markings, eyes and lids, and clothing. The scene compiler can have it perform named moves (walks, nods, waves, shrugs, talking, thinking and more) with planted feet, breathing, blinks, lip-sync, and follow-through on ears and clothing. More characters, and agents picking moves on their own, come in a later release.
      • Review a voice take and steer the next one. In the Director, react to a spoken line with chips like "slower" or "longer pauses", and the next take is spoken with those settings. Every take of the line is kept to compare.

      • Director runs. Describe a video, pick one of nine formats (product demo, explainer, social ad, brand film, trailer, music video, training, documentary, from-script), and the coding CLI you already use writes it while the app voices, renders, masters and checks it. You approve the script and the final cut, or let it run straight through.
      • Three ways to make pictures. Motion-graphics templates rendered on your machine, a Blender route for 3D scenes, and Ink, a 2D illustration and animation engine with an anime character pack.
      • Your keys, your bill. Gemini, Runway and fal generate stills and motion through keys you paste; every paid call shows its estimate first. The app itself sells no compute.
